Shipping Policy

Every item from The Bold Canadian is printed to order, just for you. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada. Plans to expand to other markets coming soon.

Processing time
Your order is printed and prepared within 1–2 days.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2–5 days. Most orders arrive 3–7 days after you place them. Delivery can take longer during busy periods like the holidays, or in remote areas.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. We'll email it to you as soon as your order ships.

Checking your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll fix it if your order hasn't gone into production yet. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, late or damaged orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or it shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, see our Refund Policy. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
